Elisa handles the money matters, or whatever else falls in her lap. Her transition to tending RBDG's clientele was a natural move, having had a background in classical piano and flute and having taught fine arts and literature on the high school and college level. She shares Russ' goal in keeping the business on a "person to person" basis. Helping each client realize his or her business goals by designing the best facility to meet their needs is, well, poetic license on a corporate level!
After starting to work with RBDG in 1990, she pursued her love of education through volunteer work within the local public school system. Her contributions to artistic, literary and journalistic programs earned her a PTA Lifetime Membership, which she considers a prized reward.
Like Russ, she is most happy on a boat somewhere in the world planning her next dive. Closer to home, she tries to take time to read, write, walk, garden and sample Russ' latest culinary creations.
